Sinopsis:
Debido a un terrible accidente, Keina Kagami se ve obligada a vivir con soporte vital para poder sobrevivir. La única forma que tiene de liberarse es dentro del VRMMORPG "Leadale". Un día, su soporte vital deja de funcionar y Keina pierde la vida. Pero cuando se despierta, se encuentra en el mundo de Leadale 200 años en el futuro. Ahora es la medio-elfa Cayna, que posee habilidades y estatus de OP perdidos y se acerca a los demás habitantes de este mundo. Pero entre esos habitantes resultan estar los "niños" que ella hizo en la creación del personaje...
